Nancy Jirousek

Program Coordinator - Institute for Learning in Retirement

Nancy Jirousek earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cleveland State University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Education, K-8 Certification, and a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Development. Early on in her career, Nancy worked as a teacher and had a long tenure with the Cleveland Area Alzheimer’s Association.

In 2005, she was hired by Baldwin Wallace University as the Advising Coordinator for the 500+ non-traditional students at BW who attend in the evenings and weekends. In 2011, Nancy was named Director of Adult and Continuing Education at Baldwin Wallace and has been responsible for day-to-day operations, program and partnership development and strategic planning, as well as oversight for the student and veteran services that support adult learners at BW. The office also expanded its efforts to support transfer students and is now known as Transfer and Military Services.
