Program Manager - Executive & Professional Development
Chelsea (Donovan) Helbig is the Program Manager for Executive and Professional Development in the Division of Community Learning. In this role, Chelsea manages all client engagements and provides oversight for the university’s portfolio of professional development and training offerings for both internal and external constituents to bring positive, tangible results.
Prior to joining the BW community, Chelsea was the Program Manager for the Boler Professional Development Program at John Carroll University, where she developed and delivered a robust curriculum to meet the professional development needs of all undergraduate business students.
Chelsea holds a Master of Education and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Institutional Research and Assessment from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bowling Green State University.
