Sarah Spengler, M.S.O.D.

Sarah Spengler, MSOD, is a part-time Adjunct Faculty member of the Master of Public Health Program at BWU. She is Principal and Chief Reinvention Officer of Grace Partners, LLC, a consulting practice focusing on coaching, leadership development and facilitation. She has worked for a variety of organizations in the Cleveland area doing leadership coaching, change work and organization development consulting including The MetroHealth System, United Way of Greater Cleveland, Neighborhood Progress and the Free Clinic.

Sarah received her Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University. She is a certified TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer, TetraMap Facilitator, Level II Accelerative Learning Practitioner and Coach (Coaching with Compassion). She is on the Steering Group and is a founder of the Northeast Ohio Accelerative Learning Special Interest Group. Sarah also serves as Co-Chair of her Alumni Community for her Master’s program in Organization Development. In 2021 she received the Outstanding Alumna of the Year award from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.
