Christine Varga has worked in the field of outdoor recreation for over 27 years providing safe and intentional programming solutions to students, community youth, corporations, and organizations to support personal and professional growth and development with a focus on teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving, trust, resilience, and wellness. Her leadership in facilitating groups provides valuable skills for organizations seeking team building and leadership opportunities to build bonds, learn skills for success and lead with confidence. With extensive knowledge in creating personalized programs in controlled and challenging environments with mindful debriefing sessions and authentic discussion, she assists participants in the transfer of learning experiences on personal and professional levels. Christine is an instructor in multiple disciplines including low-challenge course facilitation, kayaking, paddleboarding, archery, lifeguard training, CPR and first aid, boating safety, and rock climbing safety.
Organizations she has worked with in outdoor leadership and team building programming include National Collegiate Rugby, Ohio Recreational Sports Association, The Adventure Summit, American Canoe Association, Boy Scouts of America, Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Community Learning Adventure Camp Staff, Medina County MetroParks, The Edna House for Women, and the Ohio FFA Camp Muskingum.
