Jazz is a high energy engaging dance style that promotes coordination, flexibility, self expression, and cardio. We invite adults of all experience levels to experience the FUN of learning something new, creating a healthy habit, and developing new friendships!
Adult Jazz runs on a special 6 week session to accommodate our busy adult members.
This class is a perfect way to have fun, make new friends, and learn a new skill! No previous dance experience is required.
